National Experienced Workforce Solutions is proud to administer the recruitment/enrollment process for the older worker grant programs of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) of the Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Services (USFS), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Economic Research Service (ERS), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Park Service (NPS), Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) and U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). 
 
To qualify for these programs, applicants must be 55 years or older by federal law.  These programs are not meant to compete with private, public or government sector wages but are designed for individuals who wish to remain active in the workforce and contribute to the vital work of the federal government. Many program enrollees receive benefits, such as sick and annual leave, holiday pay, health insurance, etc., as determined by the Agency.
