Qualifications:Minimum of 10 year(s) of experience in Administrative support OR BA/BS Degree in Business, Public Administration, Agriculture, etc. Flexible with area of study. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use a variety of software applications
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
- Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, Zoom
Duties:The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to provide administrative and technical support to the Workforce Performance and Staff Development Section that support the agency's mission for the purpose of creating and sustaining a high-performing organization.

- Scheduling and coordinating training events (booking training transportation, reserving rooms, meeting invitations, etc.). 30%
- Provide administrative support to training officers (preparing materials, attending planning meetings, taking notes, etc.). 30%
- Creating and distributing training materials (developing presentations, Microsoft Forms, writing handouts, etc.). 30%
- Assist with managing training records (track attendance and other data related to training programs). 10%
