- Pinyon & as determined by the project. Web access/permission to post to SharePoint Site.
Duties:Enrollee provides support for Data Resources Management; Records, Directives, and Forms. Work includes but is not limited to analyzing and organization of records, directives, and forms program. Interpretation and guidance on Policy, lead support in records assignments, content management and design, file structures, and management and analysis. - Content Management; Records analysis, implementation of best management practices; records retention application, file structure creation, organization, and implementation; training. 60%
- Forms updates, design, analysis, reporting; directives review; updating; editing, template creation/design, format standard application. 30%
- Provide training to FS employees for Records management; mentorship and individual and program needs. 10%
Other:- Training will be provided if deficiencies are identified based on consistent policy changes.
