These experienced professionals provide administrative, scientific, technical, and other professional skills that support the Bureau of Land Management through the Experienced Services Program (ESP). Positions listed here do not guarantee employment for any definite period. Enrollment in the Experienced Worker Programs administered by NEW Solutions is temporary. The enrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is an ?at-will? relationship. This means that an Enrollee is free to terminate enrollment at any time during the enrollment period, and NEW Solutions and the Agency have the right to terminate the relationship with the Enrollee. PLEASE NOTE: An ?Enrollee? is not a federal employee, nor an employee of NEW Solutions. An ?Enrollee? is a participant in a grant program established through a Cooperative Agreement funded by the agency and administered by NEW Solutions. Qualifications:Minimum of 4 year(s) of experience in Data Entry OR HS/GED Degree with minimum additional experience of 2 year(s) in Data Entry - Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Teams, MS SharePoint
Duties:The position will provide assistance and support to manage data specific to oil and gas production including mineral leasing adjudication, case review, and compliance processes. This will include processes that must be accomplished to promote oil and gas development in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. This position will also support efficiency through regular reviews of procedures identifying room for improvement when available. - Maintain and process data and requests (TLS, MLRS, AFMSS) 70%
- Conduct research as needed 20%
- Prepare reports and weekly deliverables 10%
